• Ingredients: Sage leaves, Eucalyptus leaves, Peppermint, Thyme, Camomile flowers, Bay leaves, Essential Mint Oil

How to use: Place 2 tablespoons (approx. 6g) in a bowl and pour 1 litre of boiling water over it. Hold your cleansed face at a distance of approx. 30 cm over the steaming water (be careful: hot!). Place a towel over your head so that no steam escapes from the sides. Remain with your face over the herbal steam bath for at least 10 minutes. Breathe in and out deeply and calmly.

Extra benefit: inhaling the herbal vapours calms and relaxes, and your facial skin is also cleansed deep into the pores.
