Matcha is rich in antioxidants that not only strengthen our immune system, but also have anti-aging benefits. Almonds are an excellent source of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Nancy first discovered Matcha in 2019 after deciding to drastically cut back on her coffee consumption. A few years later (two to be exact), she had tried several Matcha's and had come to this conclusion: Not every Matcha is the same! This became the start of the journey to find the best Matcha in the world, and to open her own company, Health Bar.
