• Ingredients: Chamomile Flowers, Lemon Balm Leaves, Rosehip Peels, Orange Slices, Lavender, Rose Buds, Marigold Blossoms

How to use: Place 2 tablespoons (approx. 6 g) in a bowl and pour 1 litre of boiling water over it. Hold your cleansed face about 30 cm away from the steaming water (be careful: it's hot!). Place a towel over your head so that no steam escapes from the sides. Remain with your face over the herbal steam bath for 5 to 10 minutes. Breathe in and out deeply and calmly. Lightly pat your face dry and then massage your facial moisturiser into the still damp, warm skin. Give yourself a few more minutes to rest so that the moisturiser can take effect. 

For normal and dry skin, repeat the application once a week. For oily and combination skin, about twice a week.
