In 2016, after going off the pill, Carla developed a severe form of hormonal acne. She then dealt intensively with the topics of skin, care and make-up. She wanted to understand her skin's needs and the formation of breakouts in order to improve her complexion in the long term. Carla quickly noticed how many questionable ingredients most make-up products contain. She also noted that there are hardly any natural cosmetic brands that only produce nourishing make-up.
